I created this character-PRINCE ERIC KHORUM RHANN-a sort of hybrid between Conan of Cimmeria and Prince Namor. His race are not the usually done underwater human, stuck underwater-who breath water and intereact their watery environment,as we do with our air environment. They wear a diving suites and googles for protecton from the water, but breath water like a fish. The question is how would you do about creating a sort amphibian human?Anyone have some idea?

      Fish facts / Gills
How fish breathe: Fish breathe by extracting dissolved oxygen from water using gills. The gills are rich in blood vessels, and as water passes through the thin membranes of the gill filaments, oxygen is absorbed. The filaments contain many leaflike folds called laminae. These give more surface area for oxygen to be absorbed. The gill arches support the gills and the rakers whihc facing forward on the arches and filter the water as it passes to the filaments.
